Happy Red Ribbon Week! Lots of special announcements today - Red Ribbon Week, Oktoberfest, and the school scarecrow contest! As well as Maya's weekly quote, our weekly riddle (which is: If I have it, I don't share it. If I share it, I don't have it. What am I?) We've got a long one for you folks! Today, we have a few special guests talk about their answers for our weekly riddle, as well as some cool student videos! We have some math stop-motion videos from some 3rd and 4th graders, and some 2nd grade screen casts (from Mrs. Duran/Mrs. Stump's class). We also have an Oktoberfest Video! We also included some local weekend events that sound like a lot of fun. Enjoy everyone! Start your week off right with an inspirational quote from Maya, and lots of music news! We also have the Riddle of the Week! Our riddle is: I'm only one color, but not one size. I'm stuck on the ground, but I easily fly. Present in the sun, but not in the rain. Doing no harm and feeling no pain. What am I? Think about your answer! We will have some special guests to tell you the answer on Friday's broadcast! The CCN Broadcast had a very special broadcast today! First, Mr. Ruth brought on a special guest - our "Reader Leader of the Week" - Aaliyah! We also have a video clip for our PTA's Reflection Contest, some 2nd grade Math screen casts from Mrs. Little's class, and an entertaining music video from our 6th grade Egypt Day! Enjoy! Here is the CCN Broadcast from Monday, Oct. 10, 2016! It includes a special clip from our PTA's annual Fun Run (made by Ms. Bonner!)! Please enjoy our last CCN broadcast until we return from Fall Break! Included in this broadcast, we have a special clip for our Jog-a-thon happening today, some 5th grade stop motion animation videos from Mrs. Cisnero's class, and a video featuring our very own Garden Club Chefs! Mr. Ruth also talks to a special guest (Justin!) about his reading, and we give you a run-down of some special events happening in our local area for the next few weeks. Enjoy! Please enjoy today's broadcast, with special guests from Cheetah Chat, and a tribute video for the the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy.
